Minds & Machines

The market noise and hype about robots, A.I and all things digital as the future of customer service delivery is deafening. But what are the real opportunities for organisations to embrace these technologies and what is the role of human interaction?

During this event, we will explore a number of key issues when making decisions around what elements of your service proposition you should digitise.

We’ll showcase a number of digital-first and legacy brands to tell their story and how their human workforce works hand-in-hand with machines.
